In 1888 Bolesław Kasprowicz founded the Liquor and Vodka Factory in Gniezno in 1890.

liqueur recipes are prepared by Mr. Kasprowicz himself.

In 1981 the receipts remain strictly confidential.

The Soplica brand appears officially since 1900 until today.
